Dry Vanilla
EXCLUSIVE DRY VANILLA PRODUCTS
Grade A Vanilla Pods are considered the best. The beans are big enough and harvested when they’re just right, not too ripe or too green. It has the most vanilla content with a strong aroma.

Grade B vanilla pods are the most popular choice amongst our products. Compared to A-grade vanilla pods they are a little smaller in size with a slightly less intense vanilla and moisture content. Visually they are lighter in color and less glossy than A-grade vanilla, but with strong aroma too. However, they are a good choice for a balance between budget and quality.

These are low quality vanilla beans and are often used in extracts or other processed products. They may be very dry, crumbly, but have a pretty strong aroma too. Because the quality is low, the price on the market is also relatively low.
